This delightful hike along part of the Appalachian Mountain Range is rarely seen by visitors. At the top of our hike a breathtaking panoramic view of two bays welcomes us. The two bays were essential to the Mi’Kmaq people; ask us why. Before departing this awe-inspiring area, we’ll sit, relax and chow down on some classic Newfoundland snacks. These lesser-known trails are the best way to see the Port au Port Peninsula.
(Hike classification – Difficult Duration: 2 to 3 hours).
