Dreamcatcher Family Cultural Day

This is our first year hosting  an indigenous themed  family friendly event. We’re delighted that Judy Falle will join us and read Poppa and His Drum, the first in a series of Indigenous children’t books. Judy’s hope is to see a revitalization in the pride of being indigenous, and to inspire people to learn more and seek ways of reuniting with, and celebrating our Indigenous culture.

Following the reading we’ll have drumming, bannock and beans.  All of this is FREE.  At 1 PM we have a Beaded Earring Workshop guided by Matt Perrier for $25 per person. Call the Dreamcatcher to register at: 709- 643-6655 (25 spaces available)
